Mô tả công việc

  • Serve as point of contact for students/parents for education planning counseling
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of enquiries
  • Application document checking and preparation
  • Coordination and liaison with overseas institutions regarding progress of application
  • Customer Service orientation and pro-active follow-up to convert from potential leads to meet the sales target.
  • Counselling and assistance in students’ visa applications.
  • Organization and assistance in exhibitions
  • Manage assigned projects such as seminars, interview workshops and assist in preparing marketing material if required
  • Active participating in internal training
  • Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Passionate about education
  • Proficient in Spoken & Written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least one 2 years of relevant professional experience, including direct experience with advising, sales
  • Candidates with less experience might be considered for the Counselor Assistant post
  • Self- motivated, willing to learn, patient, and able to work under pressure
  • Attentive to details and well-organized
  • Bachelor or master degree from a reputable international institution is an advantage
  • Strong independent working capability
  • Energetic and adaptable
  • Relevant experience is required
